Who We Are
Unnati: The Knowledge Hub For Civil Aspirants is a not-for-profit organisation registered under the government of India. We aim to provide free guidance to talented UPSC aspirants who lack adequate resources.
Founded on December 18, 2016, Unnati connects students with Members of Parliament, Civil Services officers, and professors to guide them toward a better path.
Our Journey
"Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much."
Unnati was started by Dr. Lokesh Chugh under the able guidance of Mr. Oscar Fernandes (MP, Rajya Sabha and Chief Patron, Unnati). We celebrate our foundation day every December 18th.

Our Achievements
International Recognition
Opportunities don't happen. You create them. Only those who has readiness to go too far can possibly find out how far they can go. Team Unnati feels empowered and ecstatic by the overwhelmed gesture shown to us by his Excellency Mr. Rabie Narsh(Ambassador, Embassy of Lebanon) and sending us a letter of Appreciation as a token of respect for our service to society.
Conquering Heights
Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing. Scrambling the steep slopes and rattling over various cuts is not everyone’s cup of tea. Unnati salutes the audacity, wisdom and courage of our team member Nitish Singh on successfully conquering the Mt.Stok Kangri and hoisting Unnati's flag at the peak of Mt. Stok Kangri.
Civil Services Seminars
Conducted interactive sessions at Hansraj College with experienced officers.
Model United Nations
At Unnati, we believe that the leaders of tomorrow are shaped today. Our Model United Nations (MUN) and Youth Parliament simulations are not merely competitions; they are training grounds for future diplomats, civil servants, and policy-makers. By stepping into the shoes of world leaders and parliamentarians, students move beyond theoretical knowledge to understand the complexities of governance, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
